JILL RAPP DIETZ

Jill holds a B.S. in Management from Bentley College and an M.S. in Human Resources Development from Suffolk University. Jill started her Human Resources career in the high tech industry. She moved to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 1997, where she was involved in various HR initiatives including providing training and staffing support for the Research side of the Institute.  From there, Jill went to Genzyme Corporation where she spent her first year in Staffing and then transitioned into an HR Business Partner role supporting both the Research and Development organizations during her five years there.  Jill moved to Amgen where she was the HR Lead for Amgen Massachusetts.  She provided a wide range of Human Resources support, including leadership development, business integration, performance management, employee relations, rewards and recognition, organizational development and workforce planning. 

Jill joined Merck in February 2008 as the Human Resources Director responsible for the Merck Research Laboratories in Boston as well as GlycoFi in New Hampshire. Jill is a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association and the Massachusetts Biotech Council.
